I, the undersigned, am excited to join the Karate Classes with the American Japan Karate Association International India (AJKA INTERNATIONAL India) & Bombay Karate Club. I understand that participation in karate activities may involve some risks, and I agree to release and hold harmless the Bombay Karate Club, its members, instructors, and representatives f rom any claims or demands arising from my participation.

I further understand that belt progression rank gradings are conducted ever y 3 months and are mandator y. Failure to appear may resul t in expulsion f rom the club/association, unless a written request is submitted and deemed genuine by the management, in which case I may be allowed to continue and appear on a later final date determined by the association. All training fees and/or grading fees paid to the club/association are non-refundabl
